In 01/11 to 12/01, 12/01 to 05/04 and in 14/04 to 31/05 minimum stay 7 nights, stays under on request without supplement.
In 06/04 to 13/04 minimum stay 4 nights, stays under on request and with a supplement of 15%.

We include: water, light, gas and check-in cleaning/check-out, linen ( with weekly change)
The apartmentos do not have towels, Kitchen cloths nor linen, nor heating.
Deposit of 60.00 euros, refundable to check-out if there are no damages.

It is not allowed check-in in festive days nor out of office timetable (10:00-13:30 and 16:30-19:00 hours).
The check-out of the Apartments will be realized of 10:00 to 12:00 hours of the morning.

The apartmentos does not allow reservations to under 23 years (except if they share apartments with adults).
