The centre of Borgia is approximately 3 km from the family-friendly eco hotel, while Squillace, hometown of Cassiodoro, is around 7 km away. The nearest beach and the Archaeological Park of Scolacium are also roughly 7 km from the hotel. Catanzaro Lido with its railway station and many shops is approximately 13 km from the business hotel, while Soverato is around 15 km, and the Sila skiing area is roughly 47 km away.
