Situation: This agrotourism estate is located 1 km from the centre of Ostuni and just a few kilometres from the Adriatic and Rosa Marina beach, immersed in the green of age-old olive groves. The Oasi di Torre Guaceto are 15 km, Zoo Safari is 15 km, Alberobello is 25 km, Brindisi is 35 km and Lecce and Bari are 70 km away. Brindisi Airport is just 30 km from this establishment.

Lodging: The apartments are furnished in country style and can accommodate 3 to 6 people. All apartments come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer as well as a double bed, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. This 18th-century manor farm has been carefully restructured, maintaining its original stone architecture. Until the last century, it was used as a salt deposit for salt shipped to the old port of Villanova from all over the Mediterranean. Over the years, it grew in importance until it became the centre of agricultural and social life and a reference point for the local farmers. Inside the grounds of the farm, guests will find a little old country church with a cobbled floor, a vaulted ceiling and a stone altar. Renovated in 2007, this family-friendly country house hotel comprises a total of 10 rooms, including 5 apartments. How to arrive: Guests arriving by car from Brindisi Airport should take the S.S. (free motorway) towards Bari and drive for approximately 30 km. Exit for Ostuni-Torre Pozzella and then drive towards Ostuni. Once in Ostuni, follow signs to the city centre and at the first set of traffic lights turn left. At the first roundabout go straight on and at the second roundabout turn left following signs to San Michele Salentino. The farm is about 1.5 km from the second roundabout and guests will see signs for the establishment from here. Those coming by car from the north on motorway A16 (from Naples) should exit at the junction with motorway A14 (Bologna-Taranto) and drive towards Bari. Take the S.S. 379 (E55) Bari-Brindisi, towards Brindisi. Exit at Ostuni-Torre Pozzella and then drive towards Ostuni. Follow the directions given above.
