Situation: This beach hotel rises from the well-known Sardinia Bay, which, with its abundance of shops, cafés and restaurants, not to mention its superb view of the Arzachena Gulf, its strategic location just minutes by car from the exclusive Costa Smeralda, as well as its countless inlets and beaches, makes it one of the most sought-after destinations on the island. The hotel is located about 35 km from the train station in Olbia and Olbia airport, 150 km from Alghero Airport and 300 km from Cagliari Airport.

Lodging: The majority of rooms have a small veranda or terrace, all come with an en suite shower/WC with hairdryer, minibar, individually regulated air conditioning units, TV and safe. Rooms fall under the following catergories; single, double, three beds, four beds (with bunk beds), suite (composed of two bedrooms, one entrance and one bathroom) and standard rooms with pool view and/or garden.

Services: The hotel is located directly on the seafront by the Golfo degli Ulivi, in perfect harmony with its 15-hectare park of Mediterranean woods which, surrounding the complex, offer a pleasant and relaxing setting, as well as an enticing combination of fragrances. The 75 apartments are to be found in low-lying buildings immersed in greenery and colourful bouganvilleas, oleanders and broom, while principal services are located within the main building a short distance from all apartments. The hotel also has its own restaurant, bar and piano bar where guests can enjoy a complimentary welcome drink. Other facilities include a laundry service, babysitting (upon request) and unattended private parking.

Board: The air-conditioned restaurant with sea view serves Mediterranean cuisine featuring fish specialities and traditional island dishes. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, late breakfast from 10 to 11.30 a.m. at the pool bar, lunch and dinner with table service, hors-d'oeuvre, side dishes and desserts from a buffet.

Sports: The hotel has a pool for adults as well as a small children's pool (both saltwater) and poolside snack bar. Guests can enjoy complimentary daytime use of the 2 tennis courts, table tennis, mountain bikes (reservations necessary). The hotel also boasts a private sandy beach opposite the main building, equipped with parasols and sun loungers (first-come, first-served basis) and at the beach there is the possibility to go canoeing. Natural inlets in the vicinity may also provide a great opportunity to swim and can by reached by land. Beach towels are available free of charge (deposit required). Charges apply for other activities which include: excursions by boat, bus and four-wheel drive vehicles, docking for small vessels (maximum 5 m in length) with stopover by request, floodlit tennis courts and car/scooter rentals.
