Situation: This charming club resort is located 1 km from the San Nicola Stadium and 5 km from Bari's historical city centre, where guests will find the tourist centre. Guests may go shopping just 2 km away. Polignano Beach is approximately 35 km away. Links to the public transport network are within walking distance, and the train station is around 4 km away. Other points of interest include the trullo constructions of Alberobello, located roughly 60 km from the hotel, Castel del Monte, roughly 50 km away, and Ostuni, roughly 90 km away. Bari International Airport is approximately 10 km away and Brindisi Airport about 9 km away.

Lodging: The historical atmosphere, privacy and careful details in the rooms give guests a sense of living in a 19th century villa. The rooms are spacious and offer antique furniture and personalised linen. Most of the rooms have a hot tub. Each room is en suite with bath and hairdryer and features a double bed, satellite TV, ADSL Internet access and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Services: The resort is a wonderful villa which dates back to 1898 and is located in the midst of a large historical olive park. Although it was restored in 2006, it has kept its noble origins intact. It is a superior hotel which offers guests pure relaxation in an atmosphere reminiscent of another time. The air-conditioned resort comprises a garden, a terrace and 15 rooms in a 3-storey main building and a single-level annexe. It offers a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, lift access, a TV lounge, a bar and a restaurant. Facilities for a fee include WLAN Internet access, room service and a laundry service. A car park is also available.

Board: Breakfast is served daily, and lunch and dinner are available à la carte.

Sports: The hotel features a small, quiet spa, where guests can recuperate assisted by professionals. How to arrive: Take the A 14 motorway (autostrada), and exit at Bari Sud towards Bari SS 236. At the end of the traffic divider on SS 236, make a U-turn using the area to the right of the traffic light. Continue on for 50 m, and the hotel entrance will appear on the right.
