Situation: The hotel is located near Siracusa (about 4 km) in the wide south peninsula that forms the shore of the legendary Porto Grande (big harbour) and in the evocative naturalistic and protected 'Plemmirio Oasis', which is a wonderful and attractive place due to its marine sounding depth populated by Mediterranean fish types. The bus and train station are approximately 4 km away.

Lodging: Each guest room has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Rooms are furnished with double beds and amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a safe. There is also a minibar, and tea and coffee making facilities. Individually regulated air conditioning and central heating are standard features in all accommodation. Each room also has a balcony or a terrace.

Services: The historical hotel is an old villa, dating back to 1897, surrounded by ancient olive trees and Mediterranean palms that create a relaxing area with a swimming pool, which is one of the hotel's attractions. Close by there is a bar, where guests can eat and drink as they sunbathe. The hotel was renovated in 2010 and has 14 guest rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-out service. The hotel near the green olives provides all modern comforts. Facilities at this charming air-conditioned establishment include a hotel safe, currency exchange, newspaper stand, TV lounge, restaurant and a café. Guests can take advantage of the hotel's WLAN Internet access as well as the room and laundry services.
